Garage & Shed Demolition
Residential demolition is not just confined to houses. Why? Because houses are not just stand alone properties with nothing around them. This means that when we are doing a demolition job, we couldn’t just demolish a house and leave everything else. That would be like emptying a bin without sweeping around it, too. No, sir! At Jacksonville Demolition we know that you have to be thorough and we are nothing if not thorough. Basically, we can demolish all of your buildings, however small, but here we will talk about two structures as examples: garages and sheds. Please read on to find out more details.
Garages have a special place in our hearts. Why? Often, if we are being honest, it is because they are the houses of our cars. In America, we love cars. We love to look after them and we wash them more than ourselves! But, if garages are not the place for cars then they have lots of other utilities as well. For instance, they are the places where we store things, where we install gyms and where we play poker games and hang out as teenagers. Heck, garage music comes from practicing in a garage! Therefore, when they need removing, it can be a bit tough but don’t worry, we will be there with you every step of the way!
What is a man without his shed? That is how the old saying goes. Traditionally, sheds have been places for our tools, they have been places where people can create things and fix things. They are the areas that we use to escape sometimes from the hecticness of family life and everything that goes with it. Even in the most banal examples, sheds are the places where the family paraphernalia is stored. Kids bikes, old hoses, instruments and sports equipment. Therefore, when they need demolishing, memories can go down with them. We are trained for these circumstances and we will be there to make sure it is a smooth transition.
We need to have got to a certain stage before any work can begin. This stage is after an inspection, it is after we have taken the time out with our team to get the plan together and all of the logistics. It is after the terms have been agreed. It is after the time frame has been agreed and the workers are ready with their tools, the detonator has been set and everything is ready to go. That is when the work can begin.
But there are two specific stages in this process that is very important here. They are thorough clean up jobs. We will make sure that we remove everything in the shed and the garage to see if you want to keep or sell any of the stuff that is in there. The second important stage is the clean up job afterwards. We can discuss a contract for that, too, if you would like to.
